SwimLog+ 利用規約
SwimLog+ を利用する際の基本的な条件を定めるものです。
SwimLog+ Terms of Use
These terms define the basic conditions for using SwimLog+.
1. 利用について
SwimLog+ は、水泳トレーニングの記録、分析、振り返りを支援するためのアプリです。 ユーザーは自己責任のもとで本サービスを利用するものとします。
2. 禁止事項
以下の行為を禁止します。
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
- サービス運営を妨害する行為
- 不正アクセス、改変、リバースエンジニアリング等
3. サブスクリプションについて
SwimLog+ には、追加機能を利用できる有料プラン（Pro）が含まれる場合があります。 サブスクリプションの料金、提供内容、対象期間は、購入時にApp Store上で表示される内容に従います。
サブスクリプションは、ユーザーが更新日前までにキャンセルしない限り自動的に更新される場合があります。 解約および購読管理は、ユーザー自身がApple IDの購読管理画面から行うものとします。
課金、請求、返金等はAppleの決済および返金ポリシーに従って処理されます。 Vital Intelligence Lab は、Appleを通じて処理される決済について直接管理しません。
4. 健康・トレーニング情報について
SwimLog+ は、トレーニング記録や振り返りを支援するためのツールであり、 医療、診断、治療、または専門的なコーチングを提供するものではありません。 体調や健康状態に不安がある場合は、医師その他の専門家に相談してください。
5. 保証について
本サービスは、現状有姿で提供されます。Vital Intelligence Lab は、 特定目的への適合性、正確性、継続性、完全性を保証するものではありません。
6. 免責
ユーザーが本サービスを利用したこと、または利用できなかったことにより生じた損害について、 Vital Intelligence Lab は、法令上認められる範囲で責任を負いません。
7. 変更・停止
本サービスの内容は、予告なく変更、追加、停止される場合があります。
8. 規約の変更
Vital Intelligence Lab は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できるものとします。 重要な変更がある場合は、Webページまたはアプリ内で案内します。
9. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠して解釈されます。 本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合は、Vital Intelligence Lab の所在地を管轄する裁判所を 第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
10. Apple標準利用規約
本サービスのサブスクリプションまたは自動更新型課金に関しては、Appleの標準エンドユーザー使用許諾契約 （Standard EULA）が適用される場合があります。

1. Use of the service
SwimLog+ is provided to support swim training logging, review, and analysis. Users use the service at their own responsibility.
2. Prohibited actions
The following actions are prohibited:
- Actions that violate laws or public order
- Actions that interfere with operation of the service
- Unauthorized access, modification, reverse engineering, etc.
3. Subscriptions
SwimLog+ may offer a paid plan (“Pro”) that provides access to additional features. Subscription pricing, benefits, and billing periods are as presented on the App Store at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Users are responsible for managing or cancelling subscriptions through their Apple ID subscription settings.
Billing, payment, and refunds are handled in accordance with Apple’s payment and refund policies. Vital Intelligence Lab does not directly manage payments processed through Apple.
4. Health and training information
SwimLog+ is a tool for supporting training records and review. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional coaching. If you have concerns about your health or physical condition, please consult a qualified professional.
5. Disclaimer of warranty
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. Vital Intelligence Lab does not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, continuity, or completeness.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vital Intelligence Lab shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of or inability to use this service.
7. Changes or suspension
The content of the service may be changed, added to, or suspended without prior notice.
8. Changes to these terms
Vital Intelligence Lab may update these Terms when necessary. Important changes will be communicated on the website or within the app.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes relating to the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of Vital Intelligence Lab.
10. Apple Standard EULA
Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement may apply to subscriptions or auto-renewable purchases offered in the service.
