SwimLog+ は、ユーザーの水泳トレーニング記録をわかりやすく管理するためのアプリです。 本ページでは、アプリで取り扱う情報と、その取り扱い方針を説明します。
SwimLog+ Privacy Policy
SwimLog+ is an app designed to help users manage their swim training records. This page explains what information is handled and how it is treated.
1. 取得・保存する情報
SwimLog+ では、ユーザーが入力または保存した情報を取り扱います。これには、距離、セット内容、 レッスンメモ、主観強度（RPE）、気になるポイント、動画ファイルなどのトレーニング記録が含まれます。
また、お問い合わせ時には、返信や対応のために、氏名、メールアドレス、問い合わせ内容などの情報を 取り扱う場合があります。
2. 保存場所
現在の SwimLog+ では、トレーニング記録は主にユーザーの端末内で管理されます。 アプリの基本機能において、ユーザーのトレーニング記録を Vital Intelligence Lab の外部サーバーへ 自動送信し、恒常的に保存することは想定していません。
3. 第三者提供
Vital Intelligence Lab は、ユーザーの個人情報およびトレーニング記録を、法令に基づく場合を除き、 本人の同意なく第三者へ販売、提供、共有しません。
4. 問い合わせ情報
お問い合わせフォームまたは連絡先メールを通じて送信された情報は、サポート対応および問い合わせ管理のために利用します。 迷惑メール対策や受付管理のために、外部サービスを利用する場合があります。
5. アプリ内課金について
SwimLog+ の有料機能およびサブスクリプションの決済は、Apple の提供する仕組みを通じて処理されます。 Vital Intelligence Lab は、ユーザーのクレジットカード情報や決済情報を直接取得・保存しません。
6. 改定
本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、Webページまたは アプリ内で案内します。

1. Information handled
SwimLog+ may handle information entered or saved by the user, including training records such as distance, sets, lesson notes, perceived effort (RPE), focus points, and video files.
When users contact us, we may also handle information such as name, email address, and inquiry details for the purpose of responding and providing support.
2. Storage
SwimLog+ currently manages training records primarily on the user’s device. The core app functionality is not designed around automatically sending users’ training records to Vital Intelligence Lab’s external servers for permanent storage.
3. Third-party sharing
Vital Intelligence Lab does not sell, provide, or share users’ personal information or training records with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
4. Contact information
Information submitted through the contact form or support email is used only for support and inquiry handling. External services may be used for spam prevention and request management.
5. In-app purchases
Payments for paid features and subscriptions in SwimLog+ are processed through Apple’s payment system. Vital Intelligence Lab does not directly collect or store users’ credit card or payment information.
6. Updates
This policy may be updated when necessary. Important changes will be communicated on the website or within the app.
